Vindico Medical Education’s Office of Medical Affairs (OMA) utilizes evidence-based medicine, previous activity experience, and review of speaker evaluation reports from past programs to identify knowledgeable faculty for all educational activities. Through OMA, Vindico Medical Education has established strong experience with top Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in many fields, including endocrinology, cardiology, obesity, infectious diseases, ophthalmology, hematology, oncology, and immunology. OMA’s experience in selecting and, more importantly, working with these thought leaders allows Vindico Medical Education to determine faculty based upon their expertise in a therapeutic area as well as their ability to educate live audiences. Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate scientific and medical educational content
  • Review scientific quality of all VME educational activities
  • Direct all aspects of content development from needs assessments through delivery
  • Collaborate with medical advisory boards and key opinion leaders
  • Ensure application of current medical science to clinical practice
  • Improve physician education and patient care
