• Attendees must register for the meeting prior to booking accommodations within the meeting block.
• Reservation Cancellation Policy: A 2-nights, non-refundable deposit for each reserved room will be charged at the time of booking. All cancellations received within time of reservation to day of arrival will be assessed the 2-nights room and tax deposit per room. Payment will be made for these cancellations by retention of initial hotel deposit.
• Meeting registration for Retina 2008 does not guarantee an attendee a room at the Hilton Waikoloa Village.
