Targeting T Cells: New Paradigms in the Treatment of Lymphoproliferative Disorders and Transplantation

Target Audience
This course is designed for oncologists and hematologists.

Educational Objectives
After completing this course, you should be able to:

  • Describe the pathophysiology of aggressive T cell-mediated lymphoproliferative disease.
  • Evaluate research derived from pre-clinical anti-CD2 T cell models.
  • Identify clinical applications of MAb therapies and their effect on organ transplantation.
  • Define the clinical application of CD2-mediated T cell-depletion in the treatment
    of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL), organ transplantation and other cancers.
  • Recognize the need for ongoing research in T cell-mediated MAb therapy.
