Target Audience This
course is designed for oncologists and hematologists.
Educational Objectives After completing this course, you should be able
to:
- Describe the pathophysiology of aggressive T
cell-mediated lymphoproliferative disease.
- Evaluate research derived from pre-clinical anti-CD2 T
cell models.
- Identify clinical applications of MAb therapies and
their effect on organ transplantation.
- Define the clinical application of CD2-mediated T
cell-depletion in the treatment
of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL),
organ transplantation and other cancers.
- Recognize the need for ongoing research in T
cell-mediated MAb therapy.
